RIOT being bad again

So after reading patch notes monday night, while sitting on about 7-8k in IP, I decide to buy Tahm Kench, because I only have mid laners left to buy and I dont play mid lane, but the main reason I bought Tahm was that RIOT has been saying "Kindred is having some gamebreaking bugs and will be released at a LATER POINT in 5.20" and the patch notes even state "later time in 5.20" then they drop her at launch which left me in a "What the fuck Riot" state. Well I decided to ask for a refund on IP, FUCKING IP, because I hadn't even played a game with tahm and I felt lied to about Kindred where I'm then responded to with "you have used all your refunds sorry we cant do anything"... I even stated that we were basically lied to about kindred's launch and on the point of the refunds, no shit I've used all my refunds I've been playing since the very beginning of season 2 ofc those 3 refunds are gone but take responsibilty for your shit wording on her release now I'm stuck with a champ I dont want when there is a champ I do want that the IP was originally for but I got tired of waiting after multiple pushbacks. TBH RIOT has lost my interest I've spen $1.2k roughly on this game and I'm rejected when I ask for 1 refund on an in game currency amongst other shitty ideas they have came up with as of late ( the over focus on players who talk shit vs focusing on the toxic trolls) looks like I'll be focusing a lot more on FFXIV cause they actually treat you like a valued customer and don't punish you for talking shit on a fucking video game.

the patch notes LITERALLY always say the champ will be released later in the patch it was your decision to spend the ip on some one you didnt want when you still knew that the champ you did want would be released soon, and you spending $1.2k on this game is completely irrelevant to this and it definitely doesnt entitle you to special treatment. just because you "felt lied to" when they managed to get a champion out on time instead of delaying it(more), doesnt mean you deserve any compensation for your own choice to spend your ip on someone else

so 3 seconds after the patch isn't later? They only say later in case there is a bug that prevents them from unlocking the champ even though everyone and their mom knew that kindred was going to be released asap after they were supposed to be out 2 weeks ago.

yes, limiting refunds is dumb, but clearly your not understanding that RIOT doesnt function on a pay us for better treatment in a f2p game system. and comparing league and RIOT to other companies that do do that isnt going to change it; and if riots made up in game currency isnt a big deal at all then why are you making such a big deal about it instead of just earning more? or just deal with it and buy the rp bundle since you obviously have no problem spending money on league?or you couldve just had some patience and waited to see what happened with the champ you wanted so badly that you make a thread about how your mad that YOU bought another champ and RIOT isnt bowing to your every wish when you regret it later.
