When to buy Rod of Ages?
I've seen lots of people go Rod of Ages on Morgana, Heimerdinger and some other champions, but I'd rather get other items. My question is, what champion's should you get RoA and when?

When a champ gets RoA, do so as early as possible, otherwise you would just waste half of its bonuses (actually, more like the entire thing).

Nautilus makes great use of it. The health makes his shield stronger, the mana lets him spam his spells as much as he wants, and the AP gives him a LOT of damage
People that:
- use lots of mana
- scale off HP or have high sustain that requires higher max hp (ex: swain, vlad tho please dont build RoA on vlad.)
- late game power spikers that can use every part of it and all scale up as the RoA does (ex: anivia, chogath, sejuani, elise to a degree, nidalee jungle uses it)
You could honestly use it on nearly any AP mana intensive mage and have success.
