can people who make bets on games not be matched with people who do not?

i feel like the reason why people feed is because they bet on games but i dont bet so why am i matched with those people? please match people who feed together or people who bet on games in the same teams/games please leave the people who do not bet and feed out of the teams with these kinda of people because i think thats whats making people not want to play this game i do wish to work at riot one day and i really hope these people do not scare away all potential paying customers
