Why do all these 
Junglers in ranked think 
stacks get wins? They completely ignore lanes and when you ask for assist they tell you WAIT TILL I GET 30 STACKS THEN IL GANK K?! yet you want a leash early? is there something I'm missing about devourer or someshit because all these junglers always suck and the builds they use fkin suck aswell
Bad devourer junglers are bad... regardless of what items they build... a good devourer jungler doesn't afk farms, but still ganks when relevant. The majority of the time I see these threads I will look at match history... find the game with the devourer jungler and see that the user complaining gave up first blood on the enemy side of the line...
Any good jungler won't waste their time going to a pushed lane to gank, especially early game - high risk, low reward. Make sure before you throw a blanket on "All sated junglers" and say "All afk farm" you might want to recognize that they are giving you an excuse to not gank, because you aren't giving them enough room to safely gank.
