Bots in PvP?

So....I've been experiencing a weird problem... My friends did not experience it but, I think bots were in PvP. You see during my game of my last 2 ARAM games, I noticed a weird thing. The players or bots were standing in a bunch behind the turret and not moving. They stood there till we started att their turret. They seemed to be in a formation. People told me they were bots but bots in PvP? That's hard to believe till I played two normal blind pick game. Both of the games were the same bot players as before. I played the game on Tuesday and I hope you guys would look into it. I also played a game with the same bots today. I reported all of them. Please look in to my match history and the last game I played today was PvP but it had Bot ppl.
