Interesting punishments

I'm amazed at how league just punish people for the slightest mistakes or problems. Today Rito decided to give me a lower priority queue for just standing there. I wasn't AFK or anything, I was just lagging like 1000 ms and I'm like omfg. I might've disconnected several times trying to fix my internet. I mean a nonfication would pop up occasionally saying "attempting to reconnect". AND sooo I just waited, perhaps for 5 minutes and I'm like...fk this imma restart this toaster. And so I restarted my pc, reopened league, joined the game, had a little moment without lag, and enemy team ff. Everything was normal, I told my teammates bout my toaster, nobody flamed me or reported me or anything. THen rito decided to put me in lower priority. THe ways of rito punishments exceeds my imagination srsly. Rito put me in the "attempting to reconnect" and they decided to put me in lower because of their own doings... I need an explanation fro someone. How is it wrong to have slow internet and disconnect and reconnect. How do you deserve punishment from that?
