I'm really confused????

I was just playing ranked and I got demoted. I was given the Error that "You have been inactive in Solo Que resulting in a demotion to silver V, Playing a ranked game prevents demotion." A quick look at my match history shows a mix of Norms and Ranked matches... What is up??? I've attached a photo and didn't quite know where to post this.
