14 day ban no warning first offence retalliation?

Ok so my first game I retaliate to someone else being a dick in game I get a 14 day ban? Never got any warning or bad marks prior as a matter of fact in most of my games I get commendations. The email they sent me said that if it was retaliation the other player/s that were involved would also be receiving penalties. I went to lookup the other players and find them in games. Are you serious Riot? I get 14 day ban on first offence and the instigators get of scott free. Not to mention no link to game chat log in email so where is the proof? do you plan on sending me proof? How about time stamped screenshots or chat logs from games? Not just what I said but what the others said. I'm clear that the system is obviously flawed. If this is how it is meant to be then the tribunal system is a joke.

If you were banned right after the game then you should have logs in your email. I'm not 100% sure if that is up on all servers though. Otherwise you need to submit a support ticket to get your chat logs.

They are most likely not going to send you others chat logs because they have no relevance. It doesn't matter what they said in the slightest. Riot makes no distinction between instigation and retaliation.

Also I believe should say something like "often in cases where you are retaliating both players are punished". They may have been chat restricted or they it could just be a rare occurrence for them and it was just 1 piece of a future punishment. Punishments are rarely the result of only 1 game so you may have just been closer to a punishment than them.

There really isn't any point in engaging with people like that. There is nothing to gain. Best case scenario nothing happens. Worst case your team devolves further sealing your loss and you get yourself punished. In the future you should ignore/mute them and report them at the end of the game.

Same here! And I got account suspension just because I told a troll to stay from me.... some jerk was pinging on map for no reason, always doing laugh emotes and anoying by walking around. I spoke to him and... 14 day ban :/

Yesterday I got permabanned withouth any warning, I also wasn't restricted or anything. I just instantly got permabanned 2 minutes after a game were I got a little mad, it was the first time in months that I cursed in a game and I instantly receive a permaban. Wish I could atleast get a 14 day ban...
