Any chance of a toxic dodge report?

So have a button that you can report players that are toxic pregame when you dodge so then riot can start banning them once they hit a certain number of reports or a majority from a single game.

I feel like we the ones dodging get punished for dodging and the offenders who are toxic pregame which make you dodge continue on because they get away scott free its time for this to change...

Another thing it would be handy if when queuing 5v5 blind that should be same as ranked you select your positions pre match finding. Might as well get people used to the system before they actually hit 30 and start playing ranked. I feel like in blind pregame is where alot of the toxicity starts becaue of instalocks etc
