Remove honor system and reporting system

i got reported because i refuse a trade on aram and got called a troll for it, and he made everyone report me for being a "troll". honestly i didnt want t trade because the character i was being give ive never used and didnt want to risk throwing the match for us.

How so? I enjoyed the company of a player, I honor them. A player is being extremely rude for a large portion of the match or simply crossed the line, I report. If a person gets reported for acting that way often, they get restricted.

If anything about that is useless, it's how it's really hard to get a ribbon for Honors. But they are working to implement more easily obtainable benefits for that next.

Uhm, but then how could people get an awesome cool banner on their loading screen?
