Heimerdinger, Anivia, Pantheon or a 4800 Champion?

I've been wanting a new champion for a while because I've been mainly purchasing runes with my IP and I just wanted to have a new champ to play. Should I purchase one of these three? Or should I save up for 4800? If you say 4800, please tell me which champ. (I have no main, I like to play any lane including jungle.)

Despite how much I love anivia, Panther is better, anivia is pretty hard, I also recommend wukong if u go 4800

If you are willing to put in the time to learn, definitely Anivia . So enjoyable and scales extremely hard for late game. Once she hits 6 she can wave clear infinitely. If you want straight up roll your face then go Pantheon .
