Damn it riot

Fix the balance in matchmaking for normals already, its still run on shit making, and stop just sending automated email responses when i file a ticket about how horrible your settings are for matchmaking and how " you make regular adjustments" cause truth is you aren't or things would have improved by now but its been a week now and it's still horrible crap that that frustrates me so much i am almost motivated enough to drive to a riot server headquarters and punch the staff in the ass cause they have yet to pull their heads out of them. so stop the pointless updates trying to distract us and actually fix the shit that needs to be fixed and not just pass over saying it fine, cause i would be fine with everyone from riot staff being fired do to failing their drug tests.
