well, i was just recently chat restricted. but i didn't get any type of notification about it. this is the second time its happened. I'm starting to worry because i don't want this to be on like a permanent record or anything like that (because i find this to be extremely unfair). why does this keep happening?

If I had to be a smartass and answer without any kind of context I'd say it keeps happening because you keep getting reported for toxic behaviour.
