Your first option should be using the post-game reporting against them. If their case is reviewed and their offenses are severe enough or consistent enough, they'll get punished for it.

If for some reason the post-game reporting isn't enough or you weren't able to use it, you can submit it in a Support Ticket under the I have a question > Game & Features > General Questions category.

Take a picture of your screen with your phone, then put your phone in a box with some Styrofoam packing peanuts for protection, take it to your post office, and send it to:

Riot Games P.O. Box: 10736 Jefferson Blvd. #622 Culver City, CA 90230

Depending on how heavy your phone is, it could be expensive to send it in the mail, so you might want to increase the brightness on your screen and delete all unnecessary apps/voicemails so that your phone is lighter.

Be sure to include instructions for them on how to find the picture (any passwords you have on your phone, etc) and a brief description of the problem you had in the game.

Also, if you want your phone back, you might consider including a second box with postage and your address in the package so they can send it back to you.

You just do it. If you want Riot to notice you, imply that you are an LGBTQ+. They take you suddenly very seriously.
