Being a support main, I normally play blind pick because it's faster and I don't quite think many people are going to fight over support. However, I occasionally dabble in team builder. Normally, however, I join and the whole team sighs with relief. In one case I had a team admit that they had been waiting one and a half hours for a support to join. That being said, what's the longest time YOU'VE ever spent waiting for a support?
Never. I main support.
I think I had to wait a good 5-10 minutes on a support at least one time.
At one time, I had a captain who, instead of terming the bot lane "support" role as "support", he termed it as "any role".
We found at least a half dozen to a dozen ADC's to compliment our ADC, and had to turn down every one of those ADC's until we actually found a support.
At one point I went into a team that was looking for a support and named myself Diogerquat. Just like Diogenes went out with his lantern to find one honest man, I went out with my Machete (I play a lot of jungle) to find one player who wanted to support.
I also main support but I never play team builder when i want to support because I lose my og synergy between adc and support
