"Im just trying to help"

Telling a person on our team its their fault we had lost is not helping in the slightest. Telling him he got caught out isn't helping, instead of telling him what happened tell him what he shouldn't do to actually help him. Saying "Dont go into any unwarded area" is much better than saying "You got caught again" He knows he got caught, you only made him afk, Dad, IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT DAD?!?!?! There is a difference between trying to help someone and telling them what is wrong with them.
