feeders, blocklist and matchmaking

Sometimes I play with some people they end up with 0/20 score, and then we lose the game, of course! After I go see his profile and the guy has such score in all of his games, has only loss in his match history! He keeps feeding in every game!!! And you blocklist him after you get in a team with him again!!!! He feeds again! We lose again! And etc. This is super frustrating you have no idea! And you know we can't quit games because it is us who will get the penalty! This is humiliating!!! And most of the time this is kind of people who vote no to surrender...

Is there at least a way to see if we are in matchmaking with those toxicity ? Something to download? Or we need to browse our blocklist if we don't see teammate speaking in lobby?

Could those players who end up with 0/20 scores get in another matchmaking universe... Through the black hole.

I am desperate... I tried Smite but it is worst.

Is it bots ?

Can you fix it. Also it happens tons of time with Kalista that the auto-attack basic stops and I stand in front of minion without attacking...

Thanks for answering us. I read like 20 forums about this and I laugh very hard. Could there be just an option we could switch on that makes us NOT get in team with BLOCKLISTED. For god's sake!
