twitch ult (again)

Hi Riot. Glad you almost fixed the bug with ult. Now i can do damage on inhibitors.... but there is a new bug. When players are too far or moving (i think it's only too far) the ult does no damage at all but keeps shooting. Same thing if I am too far of inhibitor sometimes or nexus! Zero damage at all but the rat keeps shooting and shooting! It's impossible to play like this!!!!!! Please fix this!!!!!
