Getting reported for practically nothing. Abasement of reporting system

I was playing a game of league and had a small but minor argument with a team member , the argument wasn't serious (or atleast i didnt think so) but the team member in the end of the game decided to report me. I did not report him as the small 1 minute argument we had was something everyone would argue about yet he still reports me.

Riot please just find a way to stop people abusing this system, because its really annoying how someone will report you for doing something that the other did or is so minor and doesn't even need a reporting.
