Gifting RP Not Working

I have tried sending RP to a friend through the gifting centre. The account I am gifting to is lvl 66 and has been on my friends list for many years now. I am able to select the name in the recipient section and get to the "Enter Text" section in which I put in a sentence and click "Send RP". However that sends me straight back to the friend selection and I was not forwarded to the selection of how much RP I wanted to give as well as billing. Gifting RP does not work.

Hey, There was a known issue where you could only type a maximum of 1 word in the message box. There use to be a ticker for it but it's gone. Using 0-1 words should work if you haven't already tried.
