After ONE, not hundred, not thousand, ONE, after ONE confirmed case of bad behavour such as flaming the culprit:

-Is demoted to Bronze 5 immeadately. If the person in question has need been ranked yet, all remaining placement matches are forfeit and count as a loss. -Loses all IP. -Is banned for at least 2 montsh. -Is chat restricted for at least 2 weeks after the ban is lifted.

Should the culprit not repent and keep on flaming,

-The account and any new account are banned permanently.

Riot Games has gone too soft on flamers and leavers for way too long!

And then trolls become people who just report others in mass, because either the report bot gets them, or Riot has to go through every single case, which they don't have the man-power to do. people already complain about the tribunal-bot (with it's leniency) and how much it bans and whatnot people. this is a terrifying situation that would lose an incredible number of players.
