I'm scared.. This item looks soo broke.. it's omni vamp, anyone could probably build this.. and be broken.

Why do I say that? A Squishy gets up to about 1800 health.. give or take..
300 damage 30 second cooldown?
1800/300 = around 15% of target's health... may not amplify your Magic damage.. but hey you got 
for that!
