the main problem with ranked at lower elo

nobody gives a flying shit. They play ranked all day every day but virtually give 0 fucks because they know they are stuck or think they can never get higher due to teammates when in reality they are the worst players. If riot would stop going after players that talk in the game and started getting at people who realllly ruin ranked this game would actually be fun to play
