Would it be best to not rank for a while?

The more I've been playing, the more I'm seeing the enemy team too coordinated for Silver. At first I thought it were perhaps the dynamic queue matching up vs 2, 3, or 4 man premades. However, I'm starting to think perhaps many players who were Gold and Platinum are trying to climb out of silver to get back to their respective leagues. What are your thoughts?
