so I just got a mystery skin for the facebook thing for pool party, but I don't own yorick yet. So I guess this means yorick isn't a champion lmao. I'm actually quite happy cause they gave me bloodmoon akali <3 so thanks rito.

Basically you have to meet the requirements to receive a mystery gift. Those requirements are: at least 10 unowned champions worth 520 RP or more.
So if you only have one champ not owned(or 9, or 11 with two of them being 240 RP champs), you're not eligible for a mystery champion. So the only option is to give you a mystery skin.
Now the question I have is what they did for the person who owns every champion AND every skin 'cause I remember one guy posting that he did. That's what I want to know.
