Gangplank is underpowered, pls buff
I noticed that GP is unplayable due to a missing feather in his hat. Compare current in game model to this picture from the times his update was on PBE.

That feather had even its own animations as seen in this video below:
I don't know when this feather disappeared or did it even exist there after this model was shipped on live servers but I definitely need this or I can't even unleash my salty pirate's full potential.
RIP GP, nerfed to the ground.
