Ban lifting
I feel that every 6 months you should get a fresh start on leaves and bans. So if someone had a bad 6 months they can restart and still enjoy their league of legends account

Punishments have set game lengths for a reason. By giving a 6 month ban (or any time with an expiry date) that will automatically go away, there is no incentive for the person to work to reform themselves & can instead play on other accounts to continue their behavior. By forcing a player to play a set amount of games, it is with the hope that they will take the time of the punishment as a way to help reform their behavior & refrain from acting the same way in the future.
