goodbye league

I have been playing since season two and today I have quit league not because of the community not because of the constant champion reworks or the fact that this isn't the same game I started playing all those years ago its because recently in my matches after ten minutes of gameplay my lag would shoot up to 100 and bounce between that and 1000 for the rest of the game after running multiple test to see if this was to much bandwidth being used I found that even in a custom bot game with no other players and nothing else in the house using internet at the time it would still happen at 10 minutes 100ms and the rest of the game ms ranging from 100 to 1000 I decided to make a board about this and send in a report when I went to check on the board to see if anyone might have some insight on this problem I was shocked to find my board had been removed so I went to check my tickets hoping that maybe riot had responded to it I found that my report was deleted no one responded no open ticket it was just gone this poor customer service made me feel like riot does not care to fix major problems with the game nor do they care about the player and for that I will no longer be part of the league community it makes me upset to say that because this has been my favorite game for years now but I will not play if riot isn't even willing to address problems they have and so I say goodbye
