New Galio splash art

So I was checking out the new galio art and noticed that there's two or three people next to his tail to depicted that he's this hundred foot monstrosity but in game he's the same size as other human characters such as garen and Darius does this mean the picture is a lie or is everyone in the league hundreds of feet tall and if that's the case that means this cute little yordles have to be at least nine feet tall not so cute and little no more
