Does ANYONE know for sure if riot allow APPEALS or not?

Hi I would like to know if riot allows you to appeal for a ban or in my case, losing season awards.

I just want to tell them this, will they allow me to submit an appeal like this?

"I got some chat restrictions at the start of the season and after that, I was neutral/positive in all my games therefore not getting any penalties all season.

I realized that I just lost all my ranked rewards today. I am asking for a chance for you guys to re-look at my punishment. Please, I have never been banned before. I am not a toxic person in real life, but I had a bad week a few weeks ago and got some SERIOUS insults in game towards me including death threats, just because I was doing badly in game. So I basically just lost it and insulted them back. I SINCERELY apologize for what I did and the next time, I will just mute them WITHOUT saying anything.

I was really happy and looking forward to the ranked rewards that I've put many hours into. It's my fault that I messed up near the end, but I hope that you guys will give me another chance on this. Together, lets make my favorite game's community, a better place."

I get a bad taste reading this bit. Would recommend taking this out.

I highly doubt you get banned for one bad week. I have had many many many bad weeks, and I recognize myself as a toxic player whenever I fly off the handle. Yet, I still have not been punished.

Riot also stated that only the MOST EXTREME TOXIC of the toxic players get restricted to the point where they lose their ranked rewards, and seeing as you qualified for being one of the most toxic players around, I don't see how you can self-righteously say you hate toxic players and that you are better than them.

This is cognitive bias, if I remember correctly. You remember yourself being better than the others, when in reality that could be far from the truth. Also that last statement you said really does sound bad, even if you are innocent. It's like saying "unban me if you want your community to be a better place, because I have the power to do that"

Well, yo bro, just be glad you aren't permabanned. The season rewards are a joke - I'm silver and... there's nothing there. It's a thin white line, that you barely even notice, around your banner in loading screen. It's actually nothing at all to holler at. I heard gold rewards are better but........ yeah no it's probably just a yellow line.

Your letter to riot is worth more than the rewards tbh.

So do you have a chat ban / game ban in game right now?

Why would they remove your border then?
