There is a pretty obvious volibear bug after new patch. Go attack a monster, if you first use your e to dmg them, their hp will regenerate fast until the fear is over. I will have to auto atk the monster first before i can use my e to overcome this bug.
Im not sure if the same applies to enemy champions too havent tested it out yet.

Doubt it's the same for champs, likely it's resetting their Aggro During the fear.
yeah this is really frustrating, i am also a volibear main, they have completely buggered volibears jungle, actually made it worse...
Voli main here as well, I was just about to post this bug after a jungle game. IF you initiate the camp with your "e", the monster will regenerate as if they were reset for the duration of the fear.
edit: the obvious way to avoid it for now is to just initiate with an auto before fearing, which you should be doing anyway ;)
I tried volibear jungle today and did this.. holy crap, I was so tilted. I couldn't figure out what the hell was going on. I was SO mad. Just threw a game for 4 other people because of this.
Ahri has a similar bug if she uses her charm on a camp first. It acts like i's reseting the entire time until the charm wears off.
I'm not a main, but I always thought it was better to AA first then fear just before they hit, to reduce the most damage with the fear?
I don't think that's new, but I'm all for fixing bugs.
