Sick of having games held hostage, and the only option being to dodge and take the LP hit. When if we want to report and punish these people we have to go through an entire game and a bigger LP hit.
Please add option to report toxic/troll in pre-game.

trolls can already report you in post-game so i'm not sure how this changes anything. some modification would have to be made to pre-game so the lobby doesnt disappear thus losing your chance to report/vote when someone drops. perhaps its a 4v1 scenario where if four people report the one as troll in lobby then they're punished a full LP loss.
who knows! but it doesnt give them any more power than they already have.
