Hi Riot , i got a question for you

Hi, i`ve been a toxic player for a long time, but this season i started to play with my team mates, use the chat for write the timers, and im like 200 times better player than the last season (talking about actitud). On the last preseason i got like 1500 chat restriction and i felt rlly bad about it.I didnt get any restriction.

My question is if i got restrictions from other season is that going to afect me for my entire life or i can still get some Ranked Rewards any time??
