Pantheon Forever1 votessupport tickets generally have a long response time so do not be alarmed if they take 2-3 days to respond (normal), be advised that every time you update or adjust your ticket it moves you to the back of the line so make sure you type out everything when you submit it or adjust it only shortly after creation, because you don't wanna wait till you next in line get impatient and add a few lines just to redo the wait timer right before it pops. If you don't get a favorable response you can re submit a ticket afterwards which I have seen many players need to do to get to the bottom of an issue (yours seems simple enough to solve) hope they work it out fast on the first try.
Pantheon Forever1 votesOh and I almost forgot the store can be "glitchy" at times and sometimes a simple restart of the client can sort out missing items / points. I spend most of my IP on runes but occasionally it won't update right away or my points will be askew after a purchase. before you end your journey today try restarting client (maybe also computer) at least once (full close of client not partial).
