riot lose all credibility when they use to word "toxic" to ban players

When you use a word that you cant look up in the dictionary as a major company you look foolish as a fish out of water. I had to use Urban dictionary just to find the actual definition. Such class by riot. Toxic Used to describe a person who is tainted by a subconscious malevolence or psychosis that affects the lifes of those who come into contact with them. for one it doesnt say how it effects your lifes everyone effects everyones lifes so everyone is toxic in that case. you could say anyone who dies alot in a game is toxic they are effecting others and negatively. when i see someone say to report someone for being toxic when they say they are doing bad or 2 players are both fighting that they can be banned. Does anyone realize there is a mute button? plus if you are letting emotions get the best of you when you can literally block off that player in a competitive game like ranked you shouldnt be there and that should be bannable. i just find it silly that they spend more time on players that can be dealt with in game by a click of a button then the players that ruin games by going 0-10 and not trying or intentionally feeding or afking.
