Return Tokens

Hey, I strongly believe that players should have access to more than 3 return tokens per 1 time. For example,

I purchased Lunar Goddess Diana a few weeks back and I don't really like it. I'd prefer Dark Valkyrie Diana. My point is, players do have more than 3 mistake buys and I think it's only fair to provide more access to returning skins or champions. It does not even have to be a RP return, you could exchange a skin for a skin (Same RP value of course) Maybe, 1 token per month? and you must use it to get another token the next month, you can't stack them.

So, thoughts??
