Low Priority Queue

Hey guys, it has been roughly 3 or 4 months since I have played League on my account and I just got a new computer today.

As I am trying to enter a game, I got a priority queue, waited the 10 minutes and after it finished, another one came up. I've gone through three and it is still not letting me play.
