how can i get my long que(20minute wait time) removed?

its been 4 games and still have to wait 20 minutes each tim. anyone know where to summit a ticket or where do I post this or can help? thank you in advance<3

Usually when you get the 20 minute wait time punishment, it's for 5 games.
