support items don't provide enough gold your always gold starved your always underlvled your always blamed if your adc does bad you always get reported for when your lane does bad you get ganked when ward expires and your adc yells at u to ward more when ure wards are on cd you don't provide any damge to be usefull your free gold for the enemy adc list can just go on tldr SUPPORTS ARE USELESS
Dark Nephthys2 votesI agree with this list honestly, it's basically the main reasons why I don't like to support. Another good one to add which does kind of fall under your "you dont provide any damage" etc would be You can't really carry your team.
Though based on your list, what Riot could do to make support a little more wanted would be... Increase the gold/time of the support items Make the support items give extra exp, so supports aren't 3-4 levels under everyone else...

Im a support main and the only thing I need gold for is sightstone and ghosties. Unless youre playing a tanky support champion, then yeah. I dont really have a problem being underleveled because all I need is to be level 6 then im fine. I can understand not being able to have damage, but to me, a support is suppose to set up kills for your adc and such, and theyre there to provide an extra pair of 4 eyes. If you want to have more damage to carry then I suggest playing other roles if youre worried about being able to provide damage and whatever it may be. Supports are suppose to help carry the adc early game in order for them to carry mid to late game.

problem is I'm always forced to play support and don't want to spend 2000$ on a new pc so I can play other roles

My 6 year old cheap ass lenovo laptop can run League with 60 fps if I turn settings down and shadows off. Doesn't even have a dedicated graphics card and probably has 4 (maybe 2)GB of RAM lol.

I know that feel. I've been playin' on a Gateway laptop, of which was probably no more than maybe $300 ($350, tops), and I can play just fine with similar setting adjustments. It's not the greatest feeling in the world, but it isn't god awful either. I average around 40-50 fps (sometimes I'm lucky enough to get 60, but it's pretty rare).
But, turning my attention back to OP's post, I still wonder what is forcing them to play support? I'm a support main myself, and I've never been pressured into doing it. In fact, my choice to be support was a result of my love for the Support "role" in general, throughout my years of gaming.

I have no idea in what world that logic makes sense, but it seems to be what he is alluding to. Maybe he has a Windows XP desktop with a walmart internet and gets like 2 FPS and 10,000 ping so he can't last hit or anything...though that might make support hard to play as well ahah.
