Does this happen to anyone?

Ever since patch 4.20, it has become a hassle to log into chat. I have to keep pressing the reconnect to chat button at least a million times. Also, when I ward jump with lee sin, the game crashes. I was just wondering if either of these happens to anyone else? Maybe there's a way to fix these problems?
