Please help

So I try to log into my account and apparently I have suspended until the 16th of December. Now what bothers me is the fact that I have not been told exactly what reason I have been suspended for. How am I supposed to fix a problem if I don't know what problem I caused in the first case? Now what I need help with is knowing if there is a way of finding out why I got my account suspended in the first place. After all, I don't want to make the same mistake again and risk getting permanently banned. I put in a support ticket but like most companies, I doubt the riot staff will take time of out their busy schedules to let me know why I have been suspended. Maybe someone has had this happened to them before and knows how I can get an answer quickly? By the way, this is the email I got.

Honestly, I think it's quite funny. Let us suspend you for breaking the rule, but we won't tell you which rule. You'll most likely make the same mistake in the future though and we'll just do it again.
