Anyone else feel like the Art and Music departments of Riot are the only ones doing any good work?

Maybe it's because they have the most flamboyant jobs that is almost impossible to ignore but it really feels like they're the two sides earning those paychecks. I don't know all of the various levels of Riot but it just seems like these two are amazing at their jobs.

Think about it.

In less then a month we've been introduced into three different themes.

Pirate, Arcade and now Cyber Punk with the project skins and each has art and music that flows perfectly with them.

Again I'd like to think that he other departments are doing just as great but the lack of champion releases feels bad IMO, reworks seem to have a 50-50 chance to send the community into a frenzy, the only real addition to the lore we've gotten was the Blitewater event, (IMO it was pretty good), and the balance of the game doesn't really seem all to outstanding. You with things like percentage health true damage. What, why is that in the game? Isn't there meant to be counterplay to everything in league. How does one stop percentage health true damage?

Moving on it just really feels like the art and music (or whatever they're known as) have been on the ball. I guess in a sense that whoever does animations and takes the art from the paper to the model is doing a good job too but I just don't know what those people would be called. For all I know, all the other things I said were lacking have only been doing that because they're also the people who must bring Butchers Bridge to life and don't have too much time to focus on other things like balance, story, champion releases and reworks.

Personally I think this is more of a reason Riot should make Vidoc like OG Bungie did. Keeping fans inside the loop but not not letting us go too far. I guess Riot sees the PBE as the samething but 99% of the time the feebback given there is useless. I actually think RiotRepertoire actually used up all of the company's feedback points for the year.
