K so i didnt get internet till yesterday and i just got the new patch. It seems really kool. Anyway. When im playing top lane (twitch) i was against a darius and yesterday chogath. I was winning lane at start. They had low hp and i had like 10-20 more cs. So i go back to base and come back same time as them. Suddnly even though i have like 10-15 more cs they gain an xtra lvl over me. Like i was lvl 5 they were 4. I came back to lane and in no time they were lvl 6 with lss cs than me and equal lane time.

Is this a new mastery or something. Can i get it??? Thx

While unlikely they could have the EXP runes. Or a Zilean in their party (although they need to be near him) the only other explanation would be that they had more kills over you or assisted in kills.
