Ok so i reached lvl 25 recently and i thought that since i can do team builder, I will. It seems awesome that we can do what role we want. Anyway the queue takes forever. It always says the estimated time is 'very long' and to b honest it is. I can play anywhere but jungle. So i chose zac and tried all roles in all lanes and still the waiting time is forever. I dont know why it takes sooo long. Even if I pick the roles the captains are looking for it takes forever. If there is any way of speeding this up could u plz tell. Thx PS. by speeding i mean any way that riot can do, Thanks again

Well, I usually wait anywhere between 30 seconds and 5 minutes. Very rarely it takes more or less. And since I play 95% of my games in team buildwr, it‘s quite a bit of number. Now, you will usually wait the most for mid, fallowed by top, then ADC/jungle and support, who usually finds a game in first minute

The estimated time they say on each role before you queue is never very accurate. Also, a captain sees you pop up in the team before you can accept, and decides if they want you on their team or not. SO if you are queuing up as Zac mid, odds are high that they are going to deny you, because it's an uncommon pick that generally doesn't work.

i like supp and i can kinda jungle although i mid and top normally

I think they should go back to having to have a friend que up with you in order to create a lobby
