Why doesnt Mafia Graves have a sawed off shotgun?
Like a machine gun doesnt make any sense for the bullets he fires. AND DON'T SAY WHY DOESN'T GRAVES HAVE A CIGAR. probably gonna say it anyway, screwed either way.

http://i.imgur.com/CZ27PGv.gif I think machine guns fit the theme better and you have to keep in mind that the animation was added after the fact as the graves update was GAmeplay and not visual this is understandable. However this might be addressed in future
