I'd assume so

No, she steals memories, and it has nothing to do with Succubusing now.

...

"Marc “Tryndamere” Merrill and Brandon “Ryze” Beck, aka the co-founders of Riot and co-creators of League", says otherwise

The way Ahri looks makes a ton of sense for a succubus.

Succubusing refers to entrancing someone to kill them. She steals memories. She isn't a succubus, that's a mislabel on their part.

suc·cu·bus ˈsəkyəbəs/Submit noun a female demon believed to have sexual intercourse with sleeping men.

(Ahri in her lore)

“I succed the life from his lips as he lay dying in my arms,” she said.

"I thought I could suppress my urges, But the taste of his dreams and memories was too enticing"

"Food turns to ash in my mouth,” said Ahri. “How can I feed myself when I am no more than a monster?”

“Am I not your flower?” she asked, pulling the strap down from her dress. He lifted his brush and smeared paint over her bare back. The bristles tingled as he recreated the flower atop her spine. “You are, you are,” he repeated, kissing her shoulder with each word.(sexy time, succubus style)

'Ahri leaned over a fallen woodcutter in a stone cavern, consuming his life.'

“Look at me, greedy for the soul of a dying man." (Thought is was just memories..? hmm)

(From Ahri Short Story )

'She leaned in until her face was only inches away. Ahri inhaled, drawing essences of the woman’s life from her breath.'

(From Ahri Lore)

Ahri tested her self-control by consuming small quantities of life essence, enough to absorb a memory or two but not enough to kill. She was succ essful, for a time, but was tortured by her unending hunger and soon succ umbed to temptation, indulging in the dreams of an entire coastal village.

All avenues point to her still being a succ-er.
