Update Spectator Mode

Just thinking out loud that it does not show which masteries are used (ie Thunderlords, Fervor of Battle, etc) besides on the loading screen for the match. I just feel like it would help improve watching if masteries were shown to help understand what is happening in the game. These could easily be displayed by the summoner icon and creep counter on the "o" page where there is room.
