I recently received a 14 day ban because someone else was harassing me? I'd love for my account to be unbanned but i highly know that won't happen knowing riot. So i apoligize to all the new players, if my account is unbanned ill play on that. If not ill be making sure this game doesn't have many new players. Thank you for the 14 day ban riot glad to see u appreciate your "fans". (Report system doesn't even work. How did i get banned?)

You don't get banned for somebody else harassing you, that's ridiculous. My guess is that you decide when other people are toxic to you first, that's a green light for you to be toxic back; It's not. You don't know what that other person is going through in their personal life to act the way they are. You aren't just hurting that one person, you're hurting yourself and everyone else in the match. There are lines you do not cross no matter what.
If someone is giving you shit, Mute them, do not respond to them, and report them after the match. You will not ever get banned for that.

Judging from your attitude, looks like there's a good chance your ban was deserved. As mentioned above, you're not telling the full story. You don't get banned for someone else harassing you.
If you didn't mute the said harasser and instead argued back, that's why you got banned.
