He clearly had it coming, and even if you don't agree don't you think the banned party should be given at least a little more leeway?

It has been a problem for a while. Right now the way it is set up is if someone murders someone and a witness, or the victim in a lot of cases, speaks out they will be punished easily while the person commiting the worse act is more than likely going to get away with it as long as they were silent.
