Lazy moderation.

I'm having trouble with the board moderators. I'm trying to figure out how long my loot restrictions will last, and despite making a separate post about the message I got about how this should be in behavior and moderation I was asked to put my second post in behavior and moderation. I honestly can't believe the utter idiocy of a moderator of such a large game not being able to understand this inconceivably easy question. Does your entire staff not understand that a loot restrictions is a technical thing?

Behavioral punishments and their resulting loot restrictions are part of the "Player Behavior" in this section's title. That is why you were directed here. The Help & Support section you posted in previously has nothing to do with that as it is for account/client technical issues that need resolving.

Please pay attention to both the title and the Guidelines found on the sidebar of each section before posting so you know what each section is for.

Well that wasn't hard at all to type was it? I thought it was for general technical issues, not technical support issues.

It's not hard to type at all, however you do have to post your question in the right section if you want an answer. Your second post about the removal was again in Help & Support instead of this section, thus was removed again.

Well maybe you could not be so quick with the copy and paste in the future, and take a few moments to type that so I'm not here just thinking there is an issue with you not knowing what "technical" means. It's certainly a fact that loot restrictions is a technical aspect of the game.

Riot dictates what is an appropriate post for each section and what isn't. Moderators remove based on that and re-direct appropriately. Only when your post is in the correct section will I respond if it's a moderation conversation.

Again, a loot restriction is part of the behavior system and conversations about it belong in this section. It's fine if you don't understand that initially, that's why there is no action on your account for a redirect like you were sent. However, continued posting in an incorrect section is not OK and blaming moderators for your actions simply because we're doing our job correctly is a bit off the mark.

Now that you know what each of these sections is for and how to find out what other sections are for, there shouldn't be an issue going forward.

That has nothing to do with my last post. I said 'it wouldn't exactly be a stretch to take two minutes to make somebody informed on why a post as in an inaccurate section'.

Only when your post is in the correct section will I respond if it's a moderation conversation.

Once you posted in the correct place, your issue was addressed.

Another customer failed because you refuse to accept that deleting valid posts without proper explanations or appeal is the wrong manner to moderate a forum. And it's even worse when the post is ping ponged back and forth. Even worse when that post is already a frustrating topic for the customer.

The time to change has come. It's just a matter of whether you can accept the call and champion the change.

The very first pinned post in the PB&M board, "Welcome to Player Behavior & Moderation!", says this is the place to ask questions about board moderation.

OP was directed to re-post their first thread to the correct board. OP didn't bother to check what the PB&M was for before making another post, which had a subject that was covered in the pinned thread on the board.

I don't think it's obscene at all to be in utter awwe of such a lack of caring for this question. It's a simple question. Any third grader could answer it better than the player support I've received.

loot restrictions are not a set punishment time frame, as such they may not have a direct answer for you.

Board moderators have nothing to do with the in-game punishment systems.

They are a third-party company hired by Riot to monitor and moderate their boards.

Each of the subboards has a description of what content belongs there in the left side-bar. Help and Support is for technical issues rather than in-game systems.

Considering you were discussing a system for player behaviour, you should be posting in the player behaviour section.
